BMBI: Merchant Q1 value sales up +0.9% year-on-year. March up +7.2%.

The latest total value sales figures from Builders Merchant Building Index (BMBI) show that sales for Q1 2025 were up +0.9% compared to Q1 2024. Volume sales increased +3.9%, while prices came down -2.9%.
